Users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978.

The website www.onamaste.com is published by the company LODJ, whose main activity is distance selling by general catalogue.

The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the above-mentioned company, hereinafter referred to as "seller" or "Onamaste ", and on the other hand by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the website, hereinafter referred to as "buyer".

Object
The present conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant sitewww.onamaste.com whether the buyer is a professional or a private individual.

The purchase of an item through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the seller.

Onamaste reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer.

Property
The texts and photographs presented on the site are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden without the formal agreement of Onamaste.

The creation of hyperlinks to the site without the express authorisation of the company's legal representative is strictly prohibited.

Availability
Onamaste endeavours to provide the most accurate availability information possible, the delivery times displayed on the products in the process of being restocked are subject to change without notice and depend essentially on the information collected from the suppliers.
The availability displayed on the site is given as an indication and in no way represents a contractual commitment.

Prices
The prices of the Products sold on the website are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding preparation and shipping costs.

The prices of the articles appearing in the catalogue at the time of the order will be the only ones applicable to the buyer. These prices do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery. These costs are payable by the buyer and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the products ordered.

The price promotions displayed on the website, communicated in the press, offered by email to people registered for the Newsletter or published by various partners, are valid for the period indicated.
Some price promotions may be subject to promotional codes. These promotional codes are not cumulative and are not refundable.
In order for the buyer to benefit from them, it is compulsory to enter them in the box reserved for this purpose when validating the order.

Orders
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product must:
- fill in all the requested details;
- confirm the order after having checked it;
- make the payment in accordance with the conditions provided;

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and renunciation of the right to invoke one's own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be considered as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the order recorded.

For security reasons and in order to protect our customers from possible credit card fraud, all orders are subject to verification. Additional information may be requested from the buyer to validate the purchase.

Delivery
A shipping date is indicated before the order is confirmed. This date takes into account the availability and/or the ongoing re-coating of the product. Depending on the carrier chosen, a delivery time is communicated to the buyer. If the delivery date is exceeded by 14 days and not due to force majeure, the buyer may cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The order is considered cancelled upon receipt of the letter by Onamaste. The buyer exercises this right during 60 days from the expected delivery date. In this case, the order will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

Any partial delivery of an order containing products that are not available on the agreed delivery date, as requested by the buyer, will result in additional costs for the buyer.

In case of loss or non-receipt of the package, the buyer, with the tracking number received by email, must inform the carrier of the non-receipt of the order and inform Onamaste. An investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, no refund or return can be made. After confirmation of the loss of the parcel by the carrier, the buyer will be refunded or the order will be reshipped.

In case of damage during transport, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier and return the item to us.
Onamaste will file a claim with the carrier and reimburse the buyer within 14 days, if the buyer's claim is registered with the carrier.

Pre-order
A pre-order consists of ordering an article that is not yet available but whose publication is imminent (less than two months). Your order will only be shipped once all the products are available. If you wish to receive the immediately available products more quickly, you will have to place two separate orders. Your payment is collected as soon as the pre-order is placed on our website. Your pre-order can be cancelled during the first 14 days after your pre-order and is fully refunded as a cancellation of order. After the 14 days, a voucher will be issued if you no longer wish to purchase the pre-ordered item. The "pre-order" is a priority reservation on a product which allows you to be delivered as soon as it is available.

Payment
To pay for his order, the buyer has, at his choice, all the payment methods indicated after validation of the basket. The buyer guarantees the seller that he/she has the necessary authorisations to use the method of payment chosen by him/her when validating the order form.

The part of the website dedicated to online payment is subject to a security system (SSL encryption). Credit cards are debited on the day the order is prepared and not when the order is validated by the buyer. In case of refusal of transaction by the payment centres, the seller reserves the right to suspend the corresponding orders, the buyer will be informed by e-mail or telephone and will have to contact his bank to unblock the transaction.

Receipt and return - retraction
For all distance purchases (mail order), the buyer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date on which the distance contract is concluded to exercise his right of retraction without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of returning the goods (art. L 121 of the CC).

The product must be returned in a protected packaging so that it is not damaged and remains marketable (costs and risks of return at the expense of the buyer). If this is not the case Onamaste reserves the right to refuse to process these products. No refunds or credits can be made if the product packaging has been opened. If you wish, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Outside the withdrawal period, the application, pick-up and delivery fees are not refundable.

Guarantee
All items are subject to a legal guarantee of conformity (L211 1 of the French Consumer Code) and a guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), which allows it to return defective items.

Excluded from the scope of the guarantee are defects and deterioration caused by wear and tear, by anexternal accident (e.g. defective maintenance, shock, lightning, etc.), by use or installation that does not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations.

For any return under the guarantee, the shipment is at the customer's expense and risk. Exchange costs are at the seller's expense in metropolitan France.

Protective films are a technical product requiring a precise installation operation depending on the customer and therefore no guarantee is available on this type of product.

Responsibility
The seller, in the process of selling online, is only bound by an obligation of means; its responsibility cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, break in service, or other involuntary problems.

Data processing and freedom - RGPD
In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, information of a personal nature relating to purchasers may be subject to automated processing. Onamaste reserves the right to collect information on purchasers, including by using cookies.
