QuGear Rust Proof 608 2RS bearings have been designed for urban sliding sports and extreme sports such as rollerblading, scooters and skateboards.

QuGear Rust Proof bearings are made from stainless chrome steel to prevent corrosion. These are the ideal bearings for winter or for riding in bad weather.

QuGear Rust Proof bearings are lubricated with grease to guarantee a perfect seal and offer an optimal lifespan with very little maintenance whatever the climatic conditions.

With a quality tolerance class of ABEC7, the stainless chrome steel balls of the QuGear Rust Proof bearings ensure high axis rotation accuracy and allow high speed possibilities.

The bearing ring is made of stainless chrome steel to give you impact resistance and perfect durability against wear and rust.

The cage around the balls is made of nylon to prevent corrosion and increase the life of the bearings whatever the weather conditions.

QuGear Rust Proof bearings are made with 2 nylon plastic shields sealed against dust, splashing water, and moisture on both sides, to reduce the risk of soiling, as well as for easy maintenance by simple vertical movement of a cutter blade.

608 size bearings, compatible with 8mm or smaller diameter axles.

Maintenance:
After riding in water, squeeze the water out of the bearings by rotating them with no load and clean the flanges with a dry cloth. If you hear the balls spinning or if dirt is slowing the rotation of the bearings, disassemble the wheels, remove the flanges with a cutter, let the bearings soak in a degreaser or cleaning fluid for 24 hours, empty the inside by turning them empty, then add a drop of oil between the balls before refitting the shields and degreasing the outside of the bearings with a dry cloth.
